  • 10:00, 10:15, 10:30, 10:45, (every 15 minutes)
  • 11:00, 11:15, 11:30, 11:45,
  • 12:00, 12:15, 12:30, 12:45,
  • 13:00, 13:30, 14:00, 14:30, 15:00, 15:30, 16:00.

  • 14:00 – JUDGE MEETING
  • 15:00 – COACH MEETING 
  • 16:00 – National Organizer Meeting 
  • 16:30 – Robot Check
  • 16:45 – TEST ROUND
  • 17:30 – OPENING CEREMONY
  • 18:00 – FLAG PARADE

Starting from 18:30 Dinner in 3 shifts

Starting from 19:00 Return shuttles (different schedules for hotels) Schedule timings available at the reception

PROGRAM 25th SEPTEMBER

Access to the venue is free of charge with mandatory registration. All visitors, supporters and companions who are not registered in the WRO management system must fill in the form in order to obtain their entrance pass. Registration is valid from 25 to 28 September 2024.

  • From 08:30 to 09:40 shuttle bus service from TRAIN STATION to venue
  • 08:30 departure from RING (in front of B&B Hotel) to venue
  • 09:40 departure from Hotel Continental to venue

09:00 Venue opens and access to competition hall

10:00 Start of competition

Lunch (in 3 shifts)

Competition resumes (until 18:00)

18:00 FRIENDSHIP EVENING buffet with entertainment

Return to hotel with shuttle bus (until 21.00)

  • 19:30 starting shuttle service for TRAIN STATION
  • 20:00 departure for Continental Hotel
  • 20:00 departure for RING pick-up point
