The registration for the WRO OPEN Championship will be done through the WRO National Organizers in the countries. Teams must participate in WRO activities in a country and qualify for this event.

National Organizers  can register teams for the event through the official WRO Registration System only, no other way of registration is possible. 

The registration starts on May 1st and ends on July 15th.

Each National organizer must make payments through the WRO platform in order to complete the registration of their delegations.

The platform will accept bank transfers and PayPal payments.

Refund Policy

Registration closes 15th July 2024.

All registration fees need to be paid as soon as the registration is completed.

There are no refunds possible after completing registration.

The Italian National Organizer DREAMPUZZLE APS ETS is a non-profit-organization.

Costs around the event must be paid by them before the event. Therefore, it is very important that DREAMPUZZLE APS ETS receives the payment from a National Organizer in time.

If the payment for a delegation is not made in time by the National Organizer the full delegation of that country is not allowed to enter the venue and participate in the event (see WRO Guidelines & Policies).


Judge applications

  • Judge applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, right from the beginning.
  • If a judge is approved he/she will be automatically added to the delegation.
  • If all teams are registered and judges approved (or rejected), a National Organizer can complete registration.

Accommodation

All official hotels are located in the city of Brescia, well connected thanks to an efficient public transporting system to the city center.

Italy is one of the founder of the Schengen Area.
From that time visas and residence permits issued by one of the Member States are valid in all the subscribing nations and visas/residence permits issued by Italian authorities are as a general rule also valid for the entire Schengen Area.

For all participants requesting it a personal invitation letter will be provided with all the details requested by the italian embassies in order to help the visa processing.
